Abstract:The Beijing—Tianjin—Hebei region holds an important position in the magnificent century-long history of the Communist Party of China and is rich in red cultural resources. The three areas share a solid foundation for red culture synergy. To be specific, the revolutionary stages in different historical periods are interconnected, and their locations complement each other; besides they all embody the Party's original aspirations, mission, and revolutionary spirit. Accordingly, to construct a collaborative innovation community model for red culture in the Beijing—Tianjin—Hebei region, it is necessary to establish a cross-regional institutional mechanism that follows the principles of Party leadership, collaborative innovation, and a people-centered approach to livelihood. Currently, the construction of this model faces challenges such as administrative barriers and interest gaming, inefficient and homogenized resource integration, weak innovation and communication, etc. To overcome these dilemmas, top-level design is needed to break down administrative barriers, systematic thinking to integrate red resources, innovative concepts to revitalize the tourism industry, and a talent strategy to consolidate the foundation for development.
