Abstract:Leveraging the goals of the national strategy "Outstanding Program 2.0," Hebei University of Engineering has implemented in-depth curriculum reforms for its geological engineering program, establishing a three-dimensional integration teaching and practice system. Through university-enterprise collaboration, interdisciplinary integration, and dynamic evaluation mechanisms, the university systematically cultivates innovative and practice-oriented talents. Accordingly, this paper proposes interdisciplinary knowledge integration strategies from four perspectives, including curriculum system optimization, teaching methodology innovation, faculty team development, and resource consolidation. The effectiveness of the training pathway is validated through case studies and outcome evaluations. Besides, the tracking data have demonstrated significant improvements in comprehensive competency and industry recognition among graduates from 2019 to 2022. Future efforts should further focus on diversified university-enterprise collaboration models, pedagogical reforms with technologies such as artificial intelligence and virtual simulation, and international exchanges to enhance the global competitiveness of geological engineering education.
