    摘要:

    卓越地质工程师是国家急需的高素质综合型工程技术人才。以卓越工程师教育培养计划2.0目标为契机,河北工程大学围绕地质类专业实施深度课程改革,构建"三维一体"的教学实践体系,通过校企协同与动态评价机制,系统培养卓越人才,使其具备创新能力和实践素养。文章通过跨学科知识整合,从课程体系优化、教学方法创新、教师团队建设及资源整合四个方面实施,并以典型案例分析与成效评价验证该实施路径的有效性。2019—2024年连续五届毕业生追踪数据显示,培养计划显著提升了学生的综合能力和行业认可度。未来需进一步探索校企协同的多元整合模式,结合人工智能、虚拟仿真等技术深化教学改革,同时加强国际交流以提升地质工程教育的全球竞争力。

    Abstract:

    Leveraging the goals of the national strategy "Outstanding Program 2.0," Hebei University of Engineering has implemented in-depth curriculum reforms for its geological engineering program, establishing a three-dimensional integration teaching and practice system. Through university-enterprise collaboration, interdisciplinary integration, and dynamic evaluation mechanisms, the university systematically cultivates innovative and practice-oriented talents. Accordingly, this paper proposes interdisciplinary knowledge integration strategies from four perspectives, including curriculum system optimization, teaching methodology innovation, faculty team development, and resource consolidation. The effectiveness of the training pathway is validated through case studies and outcome evaluations. Besides, the tracking data have demonstrated significant improvements in comprehensive competency and industry recognition among graduates from 2019 to 2022. Future efforts should further focus on diversified university-enterprise collaboration models, pedagogical reforms with technologies such as artificial intelligence and virtual simulation, and international exchanges to enhance the global competitiveness of geological engineering education.
